Send Notes to VerityRMS via Email With Advanced Mapping 

We’ve made it easier to turn emails into polished notes in VerityRMS. Smart email processing capabilities parse your email content and map to note template fields. Note type selection now includes the option to check for the incoming distribution email address.  

• Email Is Parsed: Email content is parsed and matched to your note templates automatically. 
• Done: Get instant updates when notes are successfully created from emails. 

Better Tag Management with Continued Security Master Updates 

Keep your data organized and reliable, so you can spend less time updating tags and more time making decisions. 

• Updated Automatically: Ticker tags are kept up-to-date automatically, even when companies change names or merge. 
• Follow Clear Format: Tags now follow a clear format (e.g., AAPL US), making them easier to read and organize. 
• Simpler Display Options: Outdated tickers are marked as inactive, and exchange suffixes can be hidden if preferred. 
• Global Coverage: Accurate S&P Market Data is now available for all tickers worldwide.
