Verity Mobile, MSTeams App, Slack App, and Chrome WebClipper Privacy Policy
Verity LLC has built the MackeyRMS mobile app, the Chrome WebClipper and supports integration with both MSTeams and Slack apps, free of charge for all of its customers. These SERVICES are provided by Verity (MackeyRMS) at no additional cost and are intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. ThePersonal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at MackeyRMS for iPhone unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The only identification that is stored / processed by VerityRMS is a user’s first and last name, company (work) email address, work telephone number, and IP address. There is no data processing or analysis with regards to IP address. Any other data processing conducted is done with regards to usage statistics and client support, for the sole purpose of providing feedback and best possible experience to the customer and user. We do not store any health and genetic data, biometrics, racial or ethnic data, political opinions, or sexual orientation of a user.

Data will be stored throughout full the duration of the licensing agreement between VerityRMS and the customer / client. Upon termination of the agreement, client data is provided back to the customer and then destroyed from Verity servers. Each Verity customer has its own unique database and private server environment, and files and data are encrypted both in-transit and at rest.

For all VerityRMS customers and users, we honor and adhere to “Data Subject Rights” of GDPR. This includes the following outlined items:

Privacy Shield

Verity LLC participates in and is certified under both the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. PrivacyShield Framework. Verity LLC pledges to treat all collected personal data received from relevant member Countries /States with the practices set forth in the respective Privacy Shield Frameworks (EU-U.S. & Swiss-U.S.). Verity LLC is wholly responsible for the processing of data it receives, and is fully compliant with the EU-U.S. PrivacyShield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Verity LLC is fully compliant with the EU/Swiss PrivacyShield practices for on-ward distribution, and liability provisions, of the respective Frameworks (be it European Union orSwitzerland). Verity LLC may be required to disclose previously collected personal data to relevant government bodies /authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Verity LLC will not disclose your personal data to any third party, without prior explicit consent.You have rights to your personal data, to manage its use and may choose whether or not to disclose it. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone or the server called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
