Lead QA Engineer

We have a full-time job opening for a Lead QA Engineer who can lead our QA strategy for the entire engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute testing for the product features and functions as well as regression testing.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and executing QA strategy for the company. You will decide how to provide test coverage for the product, what needs to be automated, what can be tested manually etc. You will create regression test plan and work with the engineering team to execute it. Strong software QA knowledge, attention to detail and analytical capabilities are a must.‍

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of QA experience
• Experience designing and executing test strategy from the ground up in a start-up environment
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, ability to select the right tool for the job
• Ability to balance manual testing with automation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with the developers
• Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and decision-making ability
• Good SQL knowledge
• Basic Linux knowledge
