Step 3: Build the Dashboard
Build dashboards showing idea status by analyst, sector, or other relevant dimensions.
Step 4: Automate Your Process
Implement rules to automatically advance ideas, trigger notifications, and maintain process discipline without manual oversight.
For example:
- If a stock hasn’t received an update in 30 days, then make it ‘Inactive’ and email the analyst.
- If a company in the Pipeline has a new recommendation note, then move the status to ‘Active.’
