Query VerityData inside AI tools, screen upcoming earnings reporters, track insider transactions on U.S.-listed foreign names, and more.
The latest updates to VerityData bring four additions: a new way to access your data inside AI tools, a screener built for earnings season, expanded insider transaction coverage for foreign private issuers, and two structured datasets now available for feed integration.
Each is designed to give you more data, more coverage, and more ways to put it to work.

The new Earnings Screener combines earnings calendar data from Wall Street Horizon with VerityData | InsiderScore data across insider activity, buyback behavior, short interest, and event scoring. Wall Street Horizon is a primary source of forward-looking earnings date intelligence, covering confirmed and estimated dates across global equities.
Most investors can’t monitor every upcoming reporter. The Earnings Screener helps you monitor your watchlist, so you’re prepared going in, not catching up after. You can filter upcoming earnings reporters by transcript sentiment, guidance outlook, and financials from prior earnings periods.
Product availability: InsiderScoreAs of March 18, 2026, SEC rules now require directors and officers at U.S.-listed Foreign Private Issuers (FPIs) domiciled in China, Israel, Japan, Brazil, India, Taiwan and other countries to disclose equity transactions using the same forms and timelines as domestic insiders.
If you trade or research U.S.-listed foreign names, you’ve never had structured insider transaction data on these companies before. Now you do. That data is now flowing into InsiderScore, with the same Unusual Event overlays and proprietary scoring applied to domestic names.
China, Taiwan and Israel alone account for 400+ names, including Alibaba (BABA), PDD Holdings (PDD), Baidu (BIDU), Check Point (CHKP), CyberArk (CYBR), Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM), and Monday.com (MNDY). Japanese names like Sony (SONY), Toyota (TM), and Honda (HMC) are also in scope.
Note: FPIs incorporated in Canada, Chile, the European Economic Area, South Korea, and the United Kingdom are exempt under a March 5 SEC order.

We’ve expanded VerityData Feeds with two datasets that have historically been difficult to capture quickly, cleanly, and at scale.
Understanding what executives are being paid to achieve requires more than headline comp numbers. This dataset covers annual and long-term incentive plans for 2,000 companies since 2022, sourced from proxy disclosures. It includes structured targets, thresholds, maximums, and realized outcomes — the performance metrics and payout mechanics underlying executive pay, now systematically accessible.
Post-IPO sponsor distributions are a distinct supply event, separate from open-market insider selling, and have been hard to track systematically until now. The dataset covers 4,000+ Form 4 “J” transactions across 1,200+ companies going back to 2004, structured and standardized for feed delivery and backtesting.
Both are available now for testing and feed integration.

VerityData continues to expand both what you can access and how you can access it. The MCP server puts your data inside your AI workflow. The Earnings Screener helps you prioritize earnings workload. FPI coverage opens a new category of insider transaction data. And two new structured datasets are ready for integration.
