Smarter search and chat, richer access from AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, model and note automation, and your choice of AI provider.
Recent updates to VerityRMS help PMs and analysts get to their research faster: smarter search and chat, access to notes from the AI tools they already use, and automation that keeps models and notes current. They also give the teams who own security and architecture more say over the AI behind the platform. Here are a few of the highlights.
PMs and analysts spend their day locating the right research and questioning it. We’ve made both faster and more natural.
Search now understands plain-language queries like “John’s notes on AAPL from the last 30 days.” Results reach inside embedded tables to surface notes by what’s in them, and keyword search works across far more of the platform. Saved Searches now live in the note list where you can easily switch between them, pin and manage them, and you can jump straight from a filter to the right tearsheet.
Chat answers stream in as they’re written, and a question can be scoped to a hand-picked set of notes for a tighter result.
Teams query their VerityRMS research from AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or internally built AI tools in natural language through the MCP server. Since it launched, we’ve made it easier to connect and richer in what it returns. Connecting an AI client now takes a single step, and connected tools see more of each note, including comments and attached charts and Excel models, and can target queries far more precisely by visibility, keyword location, and other filters.
Analysts who build models in Excel already use the VerityRMS Add-In to connect their spreadsheets to firm research. We’ve made that connection live.
The new Retrieve Data tab builds refreshable formulas that pull note data directly into a spreadsheet and update as research changes. It also runs the other way: the Add-In brings spreadsheet data into notes as structured tables, so Chat, the MCP server, and the API read models accurately rather than guessing at a raw file.
The same goes for notes that arrive through the OneNote Sync: their template fields can now be populated automatically with AI, so synced notes come in structured instead of waiting to be filled in by hand.
For the teams who own security and architecture, VerityRMS now offers more control over the AI behind the platform and how other systems connect to it. Firms choose their AI provider, with Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure AI, and even custom domains all supported, and administrators can set the model that powers Chat across the organization. API access can authenticate with OAuth 2.0 alongside API keys, and an expanded Public API lets teams build their own workflows on VerityRMS data, including full read-and-write access to custom tables.
These updates put faster answers in front of PMs and analysts, whether they’re searching, chatting, working in Excel, or using their own AI tools, while giving security and platform teams more control over the AI behind it all. Research stays close at hand and easy to question, and firms decide how it’s accessed.
All firms accumulate research. The best fully activate it. VerityRMS captures everything your analysts produce, activates it as a live asset that makes the next decision better, and connects it to the workflows, data, and AI tools your firm already runs.
